Set on the island of Menorca at the turn of the 20th century, the story follows two young siblings whose parents are absent. They live with their uncle, "Es Conco," on a rural farm surrounded by the island’s natural beauty. The children explore their surroundings, learning about the island through stories, legends, and the magic of their environment, where the past, present, and future intertwine. Their idyllic world is disrupted when they discover a ship in the bay, a symbol of longing and the unattainable.
