Itty Bitty Titty Committee

Anna is rejected by her college and her girlfriend breaks up with her. Her older sister is getting married, adding to the upheaval. At a campus event she meets Sadie, who invites her to join Clits In Action (C(i)A), a radical Third-wave feminist group.

Anna quickly gets in touch with her political side and starts taking part in illegal activism with the group. She becomes more combative and assertive in her daily life as she embraces the cause. The team includes Sadie, Meat, Shulamith, and Aggie.

Anna falls for Sadie, who has long-running ties with Courtney. Courtney works with a more mainstream feminist organization and opposes C(i)A's public art and vandalism approach. This difference foreshadows tensions within the group.

The group travels to participate in a gay marriage protest and argues that marriage is not the right goal, seeing it as rooted in sexism. Meat cautions Anna that Sadie uses people, hinting at looming manipulation. Anna's feelings for Sadie intensify as they stay in a hotel together.

The next day at the rally, Shulamith's outburst nearly leads to a clash with a protester while a local news crew captures the moment. The footage, then aired, makes the group's message seem violent and homophobic. Meat reveals that their central website has little to no traffic.

C(i)A attempts to hold a meeting at Courtney's home, but personal conflicts erupt. Anna suspects Sadie will leave Courtney for her, but Sadie remains dependent on Courtney. Meat and Shulamith declare they're giving up on the group, while Aggie comforts Anna; the night ends with a one-night stand with Aggie.

In the morning Aggie prepares breakfast and brings a flower for Anna. Sadie arrives to discuss what happened, and Anna explains the night with Aggie meant nothing. Aggie overhears and is hurt, and Sadie leaves, leaving Anna truly alone.

To salvage the group's relevance, Anna formulates a master plan to gain national attention. Meat and Shulamith approve the idea but insist she make amends with Aggie first. Anna apologizes, Aggie forgives her, and the four push forward with the plan without Sadie.

The team sneaks into the studio of a popular talk show to stage their stunt, leveraging a distraction from Anna's sister's wedding earlier that day. Courtney appears on the show to argue about the celebration of the Washington Monument's anniversary. The host requests a live shot of the monument, and the group uses the moment to push their message.

With Calvin's expertise and Meat's sculpture work, a giant phallus is erected atop the Washington Monument and blown off by explosives. Back at the studio, Aggie pulls the fire alarm and the group escapes. The stunt achieves headline-grabbing chaos.

In the getaway car, Sadie reveals she has finally broken it off with Courtney, and she and Anna briefly part as friends. They end up sharing a kiss, hinting at unresolved feelings between them. The pair leaves the night with mixed emotions about their future.

Shulamith and Calvin volunteer to take the fall for the explosion and receive reduced sentences. Aggie begins hormone therapy and starts a new feminist group for men, and he also gets a girlfriend. Meat's sculpture appearing on TV launches her art career. Courtney starts a relationship with Marcy after fleeing the studio and Marcy leaves her husband to move in with Courtney.

Anna and Sadie remain together. Anna attends college and has started a group focused on positive body image called the Itty Bitty Titty Committee.
