This documentary explores the concept of glass ceilings, a metaphor for the barriers women face in the workplace. It examines the challenges women encounter when striving for managerial positions and higher salaries, extending the discussion to broader systemic issues affecting women's experiences in the professional world. The film highlights ongoing struggles for equal pay, the need to consistently demonstrate competence, and the complexities of intersectionality, recognizing that these barriers are even more pronounced for some women.
