The cartoon parodies George Arliss, Eddie Cantor, Sonja Henie, Benito Mussolini, Will Rogers and Ed Wynn. A robbery at the cash register draws Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson into the action, and King Kong appears. It is a Merrie Melody short.
