Roland, a carefree flower‑child, spends his time growing, picking and inhaling blossoms, while his rival Rattfink, a malicious “weed,” repeatedly attempts to thwart him. Each attack backfires: Rattfink’s drum turns into a beehive, bees chase Roland into a fountain; a flour‑cloud drop crashes Rattfink’s plane; a painted nitroglycerine drum explodes when Rattfink slips. In the end, Roland places a flower on Rattfink’s grave, only for the ghost to hurl it back at him.
