Hector Doriani, a stage and screen actor, lives in the shadow of his dead twin brother Alex, a once‑famous horror star. Alex’s son Adrian stays with him in an isolated mansion, imagining his father’s spirit appearing as classic monster figures. Former butler Eric brings women to the house for lucrative, sadistic sex games that always end with brutal murders by a black‑gloved, masked killer. Horror diva Caroline Munro appears as the housekeeper and cook, who is stalked by a local priest from a regretted past affair.
