A wealthy matriarch pits her three adult children against each other, promising the $28 million estate to whichever sibling can create a film so repulsive and nauseating it makes her vomit. The contest forces them to out‑gross each other with ever more grotesque, boundary‑pushing content in a frantic scramble for the inheritance.
