Mika is reminded of his childhood while observing a flower, triggering the awakening of a giant consumed by apathy within his mind. Simultaneously, a creature named Kai, filled with wonder, also awakens. Trapped inside the giant, Kai discovers countless memory bubbles and begins collecting them. Using these memories, she helps the giant confront his emotions and guides Mika toward accepting the loss of a childhood friend.
