Ümran, a daughter of a wealthy family, falls for Metin, a young swimmer she meets at the pool. When Metin asks Abbas for her hand, the disapproving father drives him out. Abbas’s relentless opposition eventually harms Metin’s business, plunging the couple into turmoil.
