Filmed on very streets where it unfolded, the film recounts the true saga of Jack Martin, a notorious gangster and cop killer on the run. He hides in a small town, steals cash and stages a daring bank robbery that nets a big haul. Now cops FBI and local crime boss chase him, enraged that an outsider pulled off a heist in their turf without sharing.
