Six‑year‑old Max sets out to collect frogspawn for his older brother. Joined by his neighbor Jesse, they trek across fields, farms, a forest and encounter various animals, eventually arriving at Max’s grandmother’s house. There they are welcomed with pancakes and the coveted frogspawn, while cheerful children’s songs echo throughout their nature‑filled journey.
