Presented as a sequel to Triumph of the Will, the film assembles footage from the 1936–37 Nuremberg Nazi rallies. It opens with aerial views of the city’s Gothic spires, Hitler’s arrival, his motorcade and the ceremony. Propaganda clips intercut scenes of marches, parachute drops, Wehrmacht drills, formations, torch‑lit processions and fireworks.
