They wanted her dead; she wants them dead. Near the Texas‑Louisiana border the CIA runs a covert unit of domestic assassins whose “retirement” is a bullet to the head. Rookie hitwoman Diana is ordered to eliminate Mars, a legendary killer slated for retirement. She tracks him during a bush training drill, accompanied by her eager boyfriend and fellow operative Rick. Meanwhile, a power struggle erupts between agency leaders Ted Harmon and Section Chief George Marshall.
