A deranged Vietnam veteran plagued by war flashbacks believes his delusion justifies murder, and his twisted logic means death for anyone who crosses his path. He kills brunette women who remind him of the NVA major who captured and tortured his comrades. After escaping prison, he assumes his slain therapist’s identity, infiltrates the police department, and continues his brutal killing spree.
