Álvárlez returns to her remote Spanish village, now home to only fourteen residents, and contemplates mortality, memory, and the relentless passage of time. The film explores the final chapter of this ancient place, where echoes of dinosaurs, Roman legions, and past conquerors resonate through the present. As the population dwindles, villagers offer wry humor, historical anecdotes, and heartfelt reflections on life's fleeting nature, allowing Álvárlez to step aside and appreciate their enduring wisdom.
