Education follows 12‑year‑old Kingsley, whose love of astronauts and rockets fuels his curiosity. After being reprimanded for disruptive behavior, he is placed in a “special needs” school, exposing an unofficial segregation that denies many Black children proper education. While his parents, juggling two jobs, remain unaware, a group of West Indian women unite to challenge the system and fight for equal schooling.
