The climax follows Lieutenant Bobbie Briggs as she tracks down the source of the killings. After learning from Lexy that the teenagers’ ritual awakened the vengeful spirit, Briggs goes to the home of Lexy’s boyfriend, Peter Turner, only to find him gone. There she meets Peter’s son, Dylan, who reluctantly helps her return to the abandoned Michaels farmhouse—the very place where the ritual was performed.

Inside the crumbling building and the nearby “haunted‑house” attraction, the monster Devilreaux strikes again. Dylan, who is tied to the cursed bloodline, is dragged into the darkness and killed, while Briggs remains untouched; the creature’s fury is directed solely at the descendants of the men who caused Baron’s death centuries earlier.

The final scene shifts to the hospital where Lexy is recovering. The entity slips into the ward and murders her, completing its revenge against the last living heir of the Michaels family—Lexy’s mother, who also carried the cursed lineage. With the surviving members of the murderous bloodlines now dead, the monster’s purpose appears fulfilled, and it fades away, leaving its ultimate fate ambiguous.
