Murder is the name of the game. In an industrial Italian port, sailors, women, black‑market traffickers, sleazy nightclubs and narrow alleys form a dangerous underworld. An American girl vanishes, and an Italian man hunts for her. He meets a beautiful, ambitious prostitute, a drug‑addicted girl, and the ruthless gang boss Joe Nerescu, who fights a rival gang to control the port.
