Two business partners compete for the same woman. She marries the reckless one, soon regretting as he wastes money on gambling and loses interest. After losing the company’s funds in a card game, he attempts suicide, calling his wife from the office with a revolver. She keeps him talking while the partner races to the office, to reach him in time.
