Wealthy big‑game hunter Wilson Frields bankrolls a trek into the Florida Everglades to locate the mythical Calusa tribe and its legendary Fountain of Youth, guarded by a deadly beast. After finding the grisly remains of a prior party, the creature begins stalking and killing the team. Their leader, Brinson Thomas, is wounded and starts mutating, hoping the fountain’s waters will save him. The survivors must uncover the Calusa’s dark secret before the beast finishes them.
