Bill, a top dancer, partners with Jazzbo until he meets Molly at a dance. They join a waltz, win first prize and marry that night, escaping parental and boss pressures. Their honeymoon is interrupted: a day with in‑laws forbids dancing, then they move into a new apartment and head to the Hoffman’s Parisian Dance Palace. Molly only knows the waltz while Bill wants jazz, causing tension and a brief separation before they reconcile.
