A madcap comedy about Eddie, a smooth‑talking con artist who, after being framed and hauled before a judge, tries to feign insanity to escape punishment. His ruse lands him in a psychiatric ward, and when a storm knocks out the power, chaos erupts. Mistaken for a physician, Eddie is forced to run the entire hospital, leading to a series of hilarious misadventures.
