During construction of a luxury apartment complex a massive nest of thousands of snakes is uncovered. The project’s boss, Francis Chang, refuses to halt work and orders the animals killed, despite his wife’s frantic warnings and nightmares about snakes. The extermination fails, and the surviving serpents, led by a gigantic boa, turn on the workers and Chang. They swarm the unfinished building, killing the new residents, and even a snake‑master cannot stop their relentless assault.
