While taking shelter from a downpour, a young boy encounters a mysterious girl who hands him a feather and asks him to meet her again at the same spot. The following day he cannot locate the place. Fifty years later, now an adult, he returns to the city, still clutching the feather, hoping to resolve the unfinished promise.
