Samantha Vance inherits her late father’s Tiki Hotel and tries to revive it, but business is slow. After friends host a party, she rebrands it as the “Bikini Hotel,” with every staff member in a bikini. The rival Regent Hotel becomes jealous and schemes to turn the property into a parking lot, leading to a competition that decides who stays.
