Paris, a city built for excitement, sets the stage for a night of murder. New York Herald Tribune reporter Jimmy Race (Andrews) is dispatched by his editor (Sanders) to Budapest, behind the Iron Curtain, to investigate a clandestine meeting involving the Hungarian ambassador, plunging him into intrigue and danger.
