‘Ang.: Lone’ follows a 16‑year‑old girl, Lone, who escapes a girls’ home in Jutland, stays with her foster parents, then heads to Copenhagen. In the city she drifts through working‑class and hippie‑styled circles, alienating those around her. She falls in love, becomes pregnant, is placed in a mothers’ home, and runs away to obtain an illegal abortion.
