What begins as a life‑saving mission quickly turns into a desperate struggle for survival. After a medical emergency aircraft crashes in the snow‑bound Rockies, the pilot, two paramedics, a two‑year‑old patient and her father manage to crawl out alive. The child’s already critical condition worsens rapidly, her father becomes hysterical, the pilot sustains serious injuries, and the paramedics doubt their emotional capacity to handle the escalating crisis.
