To overcome this, he bravely asks his neighbor, Shane, out for coffee. Despite a series of imagined worst-case scenarios, the date is successful, and they begin a relationship. As they navigate intimacy, moving in together, and meeting Shane’s parents, Tyler’s humorous anxieties continually surface, challenging him to move forward.
