Beneath Amsterdam’s historic canals a mysterious diver stalks the city, committing gruesome murders that horrify officials. The clues are scant, leaving the city’s top detective on a desperate hunt. Unbeknownst to him, his new girlfriend and his twelve‑year‑old daughter may be intimately linked to the killer’s identity.
