Alice and Julius enter a $10,000 balloon race as a team among four competitors. The antagonist knocks their sealed balloon, sending them crashing. Julius’s attempts to relaunch fail until he uses a sneezing hippo and pepper to lift them. After a rope‑ladder rescue, a lightning storm deflates the balloon, prompting Julius to improvise with a dachshund, empty balloons and an inflated elephant, chase the villain with a bird, and survive another lightning bout.
