Abdullah and his wife Emine have built a life in Zurich with their children, where their eldest son and daughter are thriving. However, their youngest son, Burak, begins a concerning journey toward radicalization, seemingly unaware of the path he's taking. Initially, Abdullah is impressed, but Burak eventually leaves to participate in a “holy war.” Determined to save his son, Abdullah travels to the turbulent Turkish-Syrian border region in a desperate attempt at rescue.
