Steve Mackleson is a volatile prisoner serving time for double murder in a maximum-security prison. The film explores his complex journey as he battles for redemption while confronting the rigid prison system and his own internal conflicts. His life takes an unexpected turn when a young black gang member becomes his cellmate, and a daughter he’s never known requests a meeting, forcing him to face a past he’s tried to leave behind.
