Four Stockholm police officers are infamous for patrolling the city in a van, routinely assaulting drunks and suspected criminals with batons. When a drunk they detained is later found dead, the men claim ignorance. Inspector Jarnebring takes the case, uncovering 22 prior complaints of brutality, and soon another suspect dies under their watch.
