In the end, Miguel manages to save Buenos Aires from a devastating hailstorm, but not through traditional meteorology. After having his credibility nearly destroyed by a false prediction that led to chaos, he finds himself desperate to restore his reputation. When he encounters Bernardo, an eccentric old man claiming to predict weather by communicating with mysterious figurines buried in the ground, Miguel dismisses him at first, viewing him as just another drunk. However, when Bernardo accurately predicts an impending storm at precisely 7:14, Miguel begins to believe that there might be some truth to Bernardo’s eccentric methods.

He then follows Bernardo to a remote cottage, where the old man shows him his peculiar weather map—tiny figurines buried in the ground that supposedly hold weather information, a method that seems almost magical. Driven by this newfound belief, Miguel decides to test Bernardo’s predictions. He goes back to Buenos Aires and, trusting Bernardo’s forecast, warns the city about an incoming hailstorm at 11:07. His warning proves correct, and the storm hits exactly as predicted, saving countless lives and restoring his credibility as a dependable weather forecaster.

By the end of the film, Miguel is celebrated once again, reinstated as a trustworthy figure in the eyes of the public and his peers. He even rekindles his relationship with his daughter, showing that he has regained some personal balance. The story closes with Bernardo, the mysterious predictor, confidently preparing to give an interview, leaving viewers to wonder whether his methods are truly magical or if he simply has a talent that borders on the mystical. Ultimately, the film suggests that sometimes, faith and intuition—regardless of how unconventional—can be as powerful as science in shaping our reality.
