Winnie Lightner runs a health clinic where wrestler Joe E. Brown, called JoJo, is forced into a bout with a hulking masked fighter (Frank S. Hagney) who wrongly believes JoJo is seeing his wife; JoJo is knocked out and dreams of being a sultan with harem girls. Meanwhile, Paul Gregory quits after refusing a promotion his sweetheart wants, trains with Lightner and Brown to become a champion wrestler, and despite her pleas, keeps his promise to fight.
