A ninety-year-old gray parrot named Sir “P,” who once lived with French Prime Minister Edouard Daladier, travels to Prague to recount the events surrounding the Munich Treaty. However, his ability to share his account is questioned. A series of unusual events unfold when the parrot is kidnapped by a Czech journalist experiencing a midlife crisis. The journalist forces the parrot to make controversial public statements, triggering a diplomatic scandal and leading to unexpected consequences involving France and its national hero.
