Zhou Tong, a constable in Luosha Town, has long been fascinated by the Wuyin Clan. Living a quiet life with Zhou Shouyi, the town's magistrate, his world is upended when they are framed by Jia Ming and his father, Jia Youwei. Wrongfully accused, Zhou Tong's father is imprisoned, and Zhou Tong narrowly escapes. During his flight, he encounters a Wuyin Clan elder who imparts a crucial power, "Jia," to him.
