On August 15, 1990, Viktor Tsoi, the iconic frontman of the band Kino and a symbol of change in the Soviet Union, tragically died in a car accident in Latvia. The bus driver tasked with returning his body to Leningrad finds himself accompanying a group of mourners on the journey. Among them are Tsoi’s wife, her boyfriend, a former lover, his producer, his young son, and a devoted photographer. The long trip becomes a tense and revealing experience, exposing complex emotions like love, jealousy, ambition, and greed.
