Mark Donskoi’s post‑war Soviet drama (also titled Nepokorenniye) is a loose follow‑up to his 1944 film Raduga. Set in Nazi‑occupied Kyiv, it follows a Soviet family forced by the Germans to reopen a munitions plant. A harrowing scene shows a Nazi sweep for Jewish fugitives, ending with a graphic Babi Yar massacre filmed in rapid‑cut style.
