A hotel chauffeur, Mohamed Hussein, finds himself accused of murdering a renowned painter who recently arrived from Paris. As the last person known to have seen the painter alive, suspicion falls on Mohamed. Before his death, the painter mysteriously sketches a large painting directly onto Mohamed’s back, creating a unique and startling artwork. This "back-painting" attracts unwanted attention, as a mob becomes determined to possess it, further complicating Mohamed’s situation and casting doubt on his innocence.
